Service Terms & Client Policy

Project Scope

Each GridBend package includes only the services and deliverables listed in the package description. Any additional designs, services, concepts, or requests outside the agreed scope may require an additional quote.

Payment Terms

Full payment is required before project commencement unless otherwise agreed in writing. Work will begin once payment has been received and all required client information has been provided.

Final files will be delivered after full payment has been completed.

Design Process

GridBend will create designs based on the information, requirements, and brand direction provided by the client. Clients are responsible for providing accurate business information, logos, images, content, and any necessary materials required to complete the project.

Delays caused by missing information or late feedback may affect project timelines.

Revisions

Each package includes 2 rounds of revisions.

A revision round includes reasonable adjustments to the existing design direction. Revisions do not include completely changing the original concept, creating new directions, or adding additional services outside the agreed scope.

Additional revisions or major changes may be charged at an additional rate.

Client Approval

Clients are responsible for carefully reviewing all designs, text, spelling, contact details, measurements, and final information before approving the project.

GridBend is not responsible for errors approved by the client after final approval.

Project Timeline

Estimated completion times will vary depending on project scope and client response times.

Projects may be delayed if feedback, approvals, content, or required information are not provided within a reasonable timeframe.

Cancellations & Refunds

Due to the customised nature of design services, work that has commenced may not be eligible for a refund.

If a project is cancelled after work has started, payment may be retained to cover completed work, time spent, and creative development.

Design Ownership & Final Files

Final approved designs and deliverables will be provided after full payment has been received.

GridBend retains ownership of original working files, design processes, and unused concepts unless otherwise agreed.

Editable source files may be available as an additional service.

Portfolio Rights

GridBend reserves the right to display completed projects in its portfolio, website, and social media channels unless a confidentiality agreement has been arranged beforehand.

Third-Party Materials

Clients are responsible for ensuring they have permission to use any logos, images, fonts, trademarks, or other materials provided to GridBend.

GridBend is not responsible for copyright issues relating to client-supplied materials.

Communication

Clear communication helps projects run smoothly. Clients agree to provide feedback and approvals within a reasonable timeframe to keep projects moving.
